Independents of America currently has opportunities for manufacturers/suppliers to join our group. If you're looking to establish a relationship with a sales organization that has the resources and experience to quickly and cost-effectively bring your brand to market and support it once it's there, then IOA is the logical choice.

IOA is a professional sales organization comprised of independent, united selling members (agencies). Each selling member holds a financial interest in IOA, which ensures ownership and guarantees collective commitment to the long-term goals of the organization and its supplier members (manufacturers).

Although IOA’s supplier members maintain no direct financial interest in the company, they do enjoy the benefits provided by the cooperative and synergistic sales gains and cost savings of the group as a whole. Each supplier member contractually agrees to a minimum term and rules of participation and contributes a percentage of total sales volume to IOA for related sales & administrative services. The percentage is determined based on the supplier member’s selection from the menu of services offered.

The total number of supplier members is limited to no more than one per product category and reflects a balanced mix of established and developing brands. To view a partial list of product categories, click here.
