Recent history has taught us that suppliers do change, and too are the lines you may represent. Although IOA cannot guarantee that all of its suppliers will be with you forever, we can promise longevity of representation which no other supplier can. Ask us how?

Independents of America currently has limited opportunities for independent sales agencies to join our group. At present, IOA is completing the network of selling members within the STAFDA/construction and industrial channels.

If you're looking for an opportunity to increase your sales volume while representing a diverse national product line featuring established and emerging brands, then IOA is the logical choice. In fact, it’s the only choice.

IOA is a professional sales organization comprised of independent selling members. Each selling member (agency) may hold a financial interest in IOA, which will be set along a scale according to the established minimum and maximum levels participation. Each selling member contractually agrees to a minimum term and rules of participation.

IOA also includes supplier members (manufacturers), who maintain no financial interest in the company. Each supplier member contractually agrees to a minimum term and rules of participation and contributes a percentage of total sales volume to IOA for related sales & administrative services.

The total number of supplier members is limited to no more than one per product category and reflects a balanced mix of established and developing brands. Product categories and supplier members are identified and approved by share holders.
